Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pittsburgh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

βIf you're looking for authentic and delicious Thai food, this is one of the spots in Pittsburgh! The mango salad was incredibly fresh and vibrant, and the Hung Lay curry was absolutely rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Beyond the food, the restaurantβs decorations create a welcoming atmosphere and reminding me of the beauty of Thailand, and the staff provided excellent service. Iβll definitely be back for more!

Came from NH and this is one of the best Thai restaurants I have been too. Quick seating, clean and aesthetic space, and amazing service. Nina our server was funny, personable, and went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed to Pittsburgh. The food was amazing. Pictured are the spring rolls, Senyai Moo Sub, and the Ped Krob. It's BYOB so we brought our wine and the service was perfect. We also ordered Crab Rangoon but devoured them before we could get a picture. Would 100% recommend and will return when I come back to Pittsburgh.

This was an amazing dining experience! The lovely Nina was our server. She was great! Ms.Tu, the owner hand picked our appetizers and entrees. They did not disappoint. They were wonderfully presented and the taste exceeded the presentation. A combination of flavors, a cultural, culinary journey it was to enjoy Thai Cusine at Senyai. We will return soon!

The food at Senyai Thai Kitchen was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. Weβll definitely be back! My husband and I came for the first time during Pittsburgh Veg Restaurant Week. The prix fixe menu included summer rolls and a kale salad to start. The kale salad dressing was incredible β so flavorful, and the avocado made it extra creamy. We also ordered the Crispy Tofu and Veggie Lover appetizers. The Veggie Lover was a huge assortment of fried mushrooms, beans, and carrots with a sweet dipping sauce, and the texture of the Crispy Tofu was perfect. For our mains, we got the green curry with grilled tofu and the pineapple fried rice. The portion sizes were huge, and both dishes were well seasoned and delicious. The highlight of the meal was definitely the vegan coconut ice cream with sticky rice. The ice cream was the perfect level of sweetness and just soft enough to pair beautifully with the sticky rice. Iβll genuinely be thinking about this dessert for weeks to come! Highly recommend!

I went out with friends to dinner here and it was a blast! We enjoy the food so much and the service was amazing. Nina is very kind to all of us and did a fantastic looking after us there :-). A Crab Curry and Hung Lay are highly recommended as they are absolutely delicious. As a Thai myself, the flavor here definitely brought me back home for a short moment, and it is worth it. Definitely will go back again soon.
